Turkey’s Erdogan concedes ‘turning point’ after local polls setbacks

Ankara (AFP) – Turkish President Recep Tayyip Erdogan conceded defeat on Sunday in the country’s local elections, deeming the vote a “turning point” for his party after two decades in power.
