Russia’s Lavrov calls German army buildup plans ‘very worrying’

Moskau (AFP) – In Moscow, Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov describes Germany’s plans to ramp up defence spending as “very worrying”, citing the world wars of the 20th century.
