African countries could meet the World Health Organization's target to vaccinate at least 10 percent of their population by September if there's equitable vaccine distribution, an official with the Africa Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (Africa CDC) said during a zoom interview with China Global Television Network (CGTN) on Monday.
