Dakar (AFP) – The traditional runway is replaced by pirogues ferrying models between Dakar and the island of Ngor at Dakar fashion week. “The theme was the ocean, the magic of the sea and fashion combined,” says Senegales fashion designer and organiser Adama Paris.
