Havana (AFP) – US President Donald Trump has claimed that he could “take” or “free” Cuba, as Washington tightens its grip on the island with a defacto oil blockade. Nationwide blackouts and fuel shortages in Cuba have stretched into weeks, following the halt of imports from Venezuela after US strikes and the capture of President Maduro.
