Navy sailor describes jumping in to save people from wreck

Two Navy sailors happened to be at Cabrillo National Monument when a boat authorities suspect was part of a smuggling operation carrying about 30 people tipped over and was destroyed. The two men jumped into the water to save help save the passengers from the wreck.
