Beijing (AFP) – China “strongly condemns” the US assault on Caracas that led to the capture of Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro. “China is deeply shocked and strongly condemns the US’s brazen use of force against a sovereign state and forcible control of its president,” foreign ministry spokesman Lin Jian says during a press briefing.
