Bone Bolango (Indonesia) (AFP) – As Indonesian rescuers near the end of their search and rescue operation following a landslide on 6 July, more than a dozen people remain missing and at least 27 have died. The landslide hit a remote village in Bone Balango district, on the central island of Sulawesi, following heavy rain.

Vaideeni (Romania) (AFP) – Locals in the village of Vaideeni, at the foot of Romania’s Carpathian mountains, are angry at French luxury brand Louis Vuitton, who they say have “stolen” the design of their traditional blouse.
