Havana (AFP) – Cubans react with disdain to US Secretary of State Marco Rubio’s call for Cubans to make “discreet” contact with US intelligence services. “They’re both clowns [Donald Trump and Marco Rubio], to begin with, and I really don’t waste my time listening to them,” Havana resident Yadira Quintana tells AFP.
